Retro University Blue Air Jordan 4

The Air Jordan 4 in 'UNC' colors, released in April 2021, pays homage to Michael Jordan's alma mater, the University of North Carolina. This collegiate design, the first of its kind for Jordan 4, follows the theme of previous Air Jordans like the Air Jordan 3 'UNC' and Women's Air Jordan 1 Mid 'UNC'. Jordan Brand adds athletic-inspired details, such as a removable name tag on the nylon Jumpman branding on the suede tongue, reminiscent of basketball jerseys. The upper features supple University Blue suede, with tonal mesh detailing on the tongue and mid-panel. Black plastic lace holders and 'Wings' tabs with a 'Cement' look appear on the throat and collar. The classic 'Cement' detailing is also present on the back with black Jumpman branding and on the mudguard, with a visible Air unit in the heel completing the design.
