A new kennel man has arrived to Ottenburg, the stocky Ursus.
He has settled his kennel in the abandoned castle in the mountains, which has refurbished to, according to his words, “animals can make themselves at home”. Not only does this arrival will tackle the city needs to rescue stray animals, but also provides citizenship with a place where they animals can be sheltered and adopted.
Ursus must be working his fingers to the bone since, from his arrival, warnings of “starving cats with long hairless tails rummaging in the trash” have multiplied.
Yet, nobody is pleased with this new neighbour. Many state that littered trash and animal missing has soared up since he arrived and pledge this can’t be a coincidence. There are even some neighbours who claim to have witnessed Ursus in a violent attitude with some animals, and even talk about some strange noises emerging from his van. Hero or Evil? What are your thoughts?
